Want to work for us?

Autumn Intern - Operations, Content & Brand Admin

4-month internship · 3 days per week · London · Hybrid · £14/hour · Starting September 2026

The role

This isn't an internship where you'll spend four months watching from the sidelines. You'll be involved in product launches, content, pop-ups, paid ads, gifting, events and the hundred small things that keep a growing consumer brand moving.

Some of it is exciting. Some of it is extremely unglamorous.

If a badly maintained spreadsheet genuinely upsets you, you notice when a file is named incorrectly, and you're the person who actually follows things through until they're done, keep reading.

We're looking for someone ambitious, intelligent and very Type A. Maybe you want to build your own brand one day, work in startups or ecommerce, or simply learn by being thrown into the middle of things.

This is initially a four-month internship, but we'd love to find someone brilliant who could grow with Smoothie beyond it.

What you'll do

Content organisation

  • Maintain our content banks across organic, paid and product

  • Upload, label and categorise assets so the team can actually find them

  • Track what's been shot, edited, posted and tested

  • Maintain clear folder structures and naming conventions

  • Coordinate assets between shoots, editors, organic and paid teams

  • Occasionally help capture straightforward footage or appear in UGC - but this is not a content creator role

Paid media (training provided)

  • Upload and organise creative in Meta Ads Manager

  • Maintain our creative testing tracker

  • Support basic ad setup and keep records accurate and organised

Product & website

  • Upload and maintain products in Shopify

  • Check imagery, variants, pricing, copy and tagging

  • Maintain our product directory and keep information accurate

  • Help prepare and check launches before they go live

Marketing & events

  • Schedule approved content

  • Maintain influencer, PR and gifting trackers

  • Coordinate gifting, dispatches and returns

  • Help coordinate event invites, logistics and on-the-ground support

Founder support

  • Calendar and inbox support

  • Meeting notes, action lists and follow-ups

  • Track deadlines and outstanding actions

  • Help organise shoots, events, bookings and schedules

You might be our person if...

You're very Type A. You like systems, make lists, notice inconsistencies and remember the small thing someone mentioned three days ago.

You're ambitious, quick to learn and want real responsibility.

You:

  • Have exceptional attention to detail and strong common sense

  • Are naturally organised and systematic

  • Follow things through without needing to be chased

  • Notice when information doesn't add up

  • Can juggle lots of moving pieces

  • Are comfortable chasing people when needed

  • Learn new systems quickly

  • Are interested in ecommerce, startups and consumer brands

  • Don't consider admin beneath you

  • Take pride in doing small things extremely well

You don't need a particular degree or years of experience. We care much more about whether you're intelligent, reliable, curious and exceptionally good at getting things done.
