PRE ORDERS
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-ordered products arrive and are ready to dispatch.
If you're also ordering ready-to-ship items and would like to receive them sooner, please place two separate orders.
UK
FREE delivery to the UK on orders £45+, 24hr Royal Mail Untracked.
For orders less than £45, shipping is £3.50.
Shipping takes 3-5 business days (we aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but as much as we may try to be, we are a small business, not Amazon so please bear that in mind 📦 You're always welcome to reach out via email if you have queries)

Customs charges on EU deliveries
EU customs rules have recently changed. The previous €150 duty-free threshold on low-value goods has been removed, which means all orders entering the EU - regardless of value, may now be subject to customs duties, declaration requirements, and associated handling fees.
What this means for you
For most orders, your local postal or courier service will contact you to collect any charges due before your parcel is delivered. These typically include:
- A small per-item customs fee (currently around €3 per product line in your order)
- A local administration/handling fee, which is set by the customs authority in your country and therefore varies from one country to another
As an example, an order containing two product lines might see roughly €6 in per-item fees plus a local admin fee applied on delivery.

These rules are new and still settling in, so the exact amounts and the way charges are applied may change over time and can differ depending on your country. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are set and collected by the customs authorities in the destination country - they are separate from the price you pay us at checkout, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery timeframes are stated in business days. Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off on Fridays and over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.
Please note that Smoothie London is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. While delays can happen, especially during peak seasons, the estimated delivery times provided are reliable and accurate in most cases. Additionally, pre-order items are subject to varying shipping times, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes are included in the price of our products for multiple countries, meaning no additional tax will be calculated at checkout. However, some orders may be subject to additional duties or customs fees, depending on the total value of your order and your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and are out of our control. Smoothie London is not responsible for covering these fees. If you are unsure about customs duties in your country, please contact our team before placing your order.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCELS
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, our couriers (such as Royal Mail) may attempt re-delivery. If they are unable to deliver or arrange re-delivery within their cut-off time, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.
If we are able to have the parcel returned to us, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund total.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
Our courier partners may deliver your order using an Authority To Leave service, meaning the parcel can be left in a secure location if no one is available to sign for it. If this happens, Smoothie London is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, and we will be unable to offer a refund or resend the order.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses for international orders. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

We can't predict exactly what the customs fees will be however we recommend ordering under €150 worth at a time to avoid higher fees.
