For orders less than £60, shipping is £3.50.
FREE International delivery on orders £100+ USD
For all other orders, Tracked shipping is £11.99
FREE USA delivery on orders $250+
Otherwise delivery is $15
Can I track my order?
If you’ve chosen tracked delivery, you’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you’ve chosen standard delivery, it’s untracked, which means you won’t receive updates until the delivery is attempted. This is outside our control, but don’t worry, it usually arrives just as quickly.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
If it’s been longer than the estimated time, drop us a message at support@smoothielondon.com. We’ll sort it quickly for you.
Discounts & Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
Most discount codes can’t be stacked. But you can combine certain offers (e.g. free gift promos + a discount code). If it doesn’t apply at checkout, it means they can’t be used together.
How do gift cards and promo codes work?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount box. Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the balance runs out.
Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
Yes! You can see your points and redeem them in your customer account.
Orders & Returns
Can I return or exchange my earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on piercing earrings. If your jewellery arrives faulty or isn’t quite right, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We move fast! If you need to update an order, get in touch within 1 hour and we’ll do our best. After that, it may already be on its way.
Materials
Are Smoothie earrings waterproof?
Titanium and stainless steel earrings: waterproof and made for 24/7 wear. The metal itself will not tarnish. Where a piece is plated, the plating can wear over time with heavy wear, and plating is covered for a year.
I react to nickel. Which pieces can I wear?
Our Implantium titanium is nickel-free, so that is the range to go for. It is ASTM F136, the specification used for surgical implants. Our PureTone pieces are plated stainless steel, and stainless steel contains nickel as part of the alloy, so we would not recommend those if you have a nickel allergy.
Which part of a flatback is plated?
On our silver Implantium flatbacks, the post is raw titanium and only the head is plated, in platinum, so the part in your piercing is bare titanium. On our gold flatbacks, the post and the head are both gold-plated. Posts are sold separately, so you can always pair a raw titanium post with a plated head.
Can I sleep in my earrings?
Yes. Our poke-free huggies and flatbacks sit flat against your ear, so you can sleep, shower and train in them.
