To close out the year, we hosted something a little different - a cosy wreath-making evening at Aurum Studios with a small group of creators. It wasn’t a big production or a huge launch moment… just a space to slow down, make something with our hands, and enjoy each other’s company.
And honestly? It felt really good to do something creative and completely offline.Just conversations, sparkly wreaths, fizz - and a room of women who get what Smoothie is about. The table was covered in winter foliage, striped ribbon, loose crystals, and way too many decorative accents… which meant every wreath ended up looking undeniably Smoothie.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Smoothie event without a few piercings. Seeing everyone choose their Implantium™ flatbacks (and then instantly understand why we obsess over the comfort and polish of them) is always one of our favourite parts. It’s the moment the brand comes to life - real people, real reactions, real “ohhhh this is actually so comfortable” feedback.
There was a slower pace to the whole evening that felt grounding after such a full year. A reminder that community isn’t something you force; it’s something that grows through moments like these, the small, wholesome, unexpectedly lovely ones.
