For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless deemed to be faulty. We do not accept returns on any sale item.

All claims on a fault must be done within 48hrs of receipt. No credit or refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer. Return costs due to a fault will be paid for by Smoothie London. Returns due to customer preference or order mistake must be paid for by the customer.
