How much is it?
FREE delivery to the UK when you spend £60+
For orders less than £60, shipping is £3.50.
FREE International delivery on orders £100+ USD
For all other orders, Tracked shipping is £8.99
Can I track my order?
If you’ve chosen tracked delivery, you’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you’ve chosen standard delivery, it’s untracked, which means you won’t receive updates until the delivery is attempted. This is outside our control, but don’t worry, it usually arrives just as quickly.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
If it’s been longer than the estimated time, drop us a message at support@smoothielondon.com. We’ll sort it quickly for you.
Discounts & Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
Most discount codes can’t be stacked. But you can combine certain offers (e.g. free gift promos + a discount code). If it doesn’t apply at checkout, it means they can’t be used together.
How do gift cards and promo codes work?
Enter your code at checkout in the discount box. Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the balance runs out.
Do you have a loyalty or referral program?
Yes! You can see your points and redeem them in your customer account.
Orders & Returns
Can I return or exchange my earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on piercing earrings. If your jewellery arrives faulty or isn’t quite right, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We move fast! If you need to update an order, get in touch within 1 hour and we’ll do our best. After that, it may already be on its way.

Are Smoothie earrings waterproof?
Sterling silver huggies: Not waterproof - keep them away from showers, swimming, and perfumes to keep them shiny.
Titanium & Stainless Steel earrings: 100% waterproof and tarnish-proof, designed for 24/7 wear.
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! All our pieces are nickel-free. Our titanium flatbacks are implant-grade (the same material used in medical implants) - perfect for even the most sensitive ears.
Can I sleep in my earrings?
Absolutely. Our poke-free huggies and flatbacks are designed with comfort in mind, so you can nap, shower, and workout without irritation.
