Hand-beaded natural gemstone beads on a gold-plated stainless steel clasp. Every necklace is strung by hand from an assortment of natural stones, so shades and markings vary slightly from piece to piece - no two are exactly alike.

Care

Completely waterproof - wear it in the sea, the pool and the shower without worry. The gold plating and stainless steel won't tarnish, rust or turn your skin green.

To keep your necklace looking its best:

• Rinse with fresh water after contact with salt water, chlorine or sweat, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
• Avoid spraying perfume, sun cream or oils directly onto the beads.
• Store flat or hanging, ideally in your Toco x Smoothie pouch, to prevent tangling and scratching.
• Natural stones are durable but not indestructible - avoid knocks against hard surfaces.

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't quite right, necklaces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@smoothielondon.com with your order number and we'll talk you through the next steps. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

As part of a limited-edition collaboration, some colourways may sell out and won't be restocked - if your preferred shade is unavailable for an exchange, we'll arrange a refund instead.
